Periods problem (gynaecologist) Problem.

I am facing periods issues since past 2 months it's delayed after January it happened again in June directly and since the beginning of June till end of July I am irritated with this problem,the problem that I am facing is sometimes less periods sometimes 3-5 days stops then reoccurs again & again with heavy bleeding including clots and back pain abdominal pain & headache extremely in such case it's very difficult to do any work...what's the best solution for it please suggest as I want to cure the problem permanently and 2 yrs back I faced this heavy bleeding problem that time clots and heavy bleeding occured continuously for 12-14 days I consulted dr they gave medicine then that's over now what's the permanent cure for this problem...
