Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi I have expected period date of 23 June. It didn't came so I took UPT test after a week it was negative. But my periods didn't shown up uptil now I took UPT test again yesterday as first thing in morning and it's again negative. I took Deviry 10 mg now is it the right action. Also I have been sick with fever and diarrhea for couple of days after taking covid vaccine. I have lot of work stress working days and nights and also left exercise last month. Am getting brown/red blood from 2 days just a spots every now and then. Am worried now does my body have some issue am not aware of or is it because of stress levels. When should I expect my periods.
