Periods late by one day
Hi,
My gf’s (24years old) and her periods were supposed to come on 9/10/17, but she didn’t get it. She has been experiencing abdominal pain, stomach pain, feeling to eat more. Today morning she noticed white specks in her discharge (which she says, it's present all the time for her during periods). The discharge was transparent with white specks in it (no odour). She usually gets 2days before her periods date. This time it's been a day late.
We’re worried if she’s pregnant or why is the periods late. Please advice on what could it be. Thanks in advance.

Symptoms which she is having could be premenstrual.. But better to do urine pregnancy test tommorow Mng and consult
