Hello, Since she took iPill, which is a high dosage hormonal pill, it might be the reasons behind missed periods. Also, she has PCOS so it might have caused great hormonal imbalance. She should consult a gynaecologist and follow the medication course as prescribed to induce her periods.

She got periods after intercourse, so she's not pregnant. Delay can be because of PCOS. Also, ipill disturbs cycles in few women which can last 2-3 months. If she is overweight, weight loss will help. A personal visit will help evaluate her better and plan the treatment
Next Steps
Ultrasound pelvis, TSH, prolactin

Pcos could be the cause for delay in period ,polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common cause for irregular periods in these days. It's due to hormonal imbalance between LG and FSH. Common symptoms are irregular periods, hirsutism, weight gain.. It's long term problem.. Reduction in weight shows significant improvement in pcos... Difficulty in pregnancy is common problem with pcos. Oral contraceptive pills regularise periods with minimal bleeding
