I got my periods on 13July and it lasted for 2 days.again in the month of August I got my periods on 24 August and it lasted for 4 days.now from 4september again the bleeding has started.what can be the issue?

Get an ultrasound done to clear doubts on any miscarriage, or missed abortion, or even a pcos , you may get a few tests done as well to rule out for any harmonal imbalance thyroid etc.
