Delay in my monthly periods had my last peridos on 8 jan 2018 This month i did not get my peridos Can you help

If u hv bn sexually active do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If not an ultrasound pelvis to rule out pcos, hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts etc
