My last LMP was 30 April 2020 After that I did not get my period ,this was the 3 rd month I take meperate 10 mg Bd advised by doctor but I did not see any changes

You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7-10 days

Get thyroid test done empty stomach tomorrow morning Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness

Wait for 7-10 days after last dose of medication U will mostly get your Menses. In case you don't get then consult your GYNAECOLOGIST in person for further evaluation information and treatment

avoid spicy and oily food avoid stress and anxiiety plenty of fluids throughout the day preferred green leafy vegetables and fruits lifestyle modification exercise regularly avoid alcohol smoking excess caffeine consumption if taken any
