Periods irregular after abortion
Sir my periods are very irregular after abortion. Abortion was on May, june i got some spotting for 3 days it was light and then again after 2 weeks i got periods for 5 days it was heavy.then july no spotting periods came for 6 days on 19th july. And now on august on 17th day m getting light bleeding again for two days. Y is it so?? Should i worry.

It is likely to be due to hormonal imbalance. I would advise you to visit a gynecologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as ultrasound to find the underlying problem and have it treated. These steps may help regularize your periods:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly (minimum 30-45mins/day)
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
