Periods during dengue
I am 14 yrs old and i have dengue now and I also fot my periods 4 days ago....Due to this periods, my platelets and wbc count is reducing. .my current wbc count is 2400 and platelets count is 1.02 lakhs.pls help me recover soob

If it’s your first dengue infection in your life don’t worry about platelets. Periods me hb will drop. Keep urself hydrated enough. Platelets even 20k is ok for you. They will fall and rise in all dengue infections and have no significance as to actual recovery or sickness. What’s more imp is your fluid intake which you might overlook worrying about platelets
