Periods are not coming
My period is again late for 2 months. the duration of my periods are 4 days and with a good flow red in colour no extra pain in stomach but thay are irregular why ? My diet is very good I eat salads, fruits,carrots and even dry fruits. I exercise thrice a week and doesn't have any stress in my life
