  4. Periods are delayed. The actual cause?

Periods are delayed
Hi doctor, Normally my chums cycle is 26 to 27 days, my date last month was 26th but this month I haven't yet got my chums. I am taking iron medicine Autrin. I haven't done unprotected sex with my husband in last one month. Done the pregnancy test with prega news today & it came negative. Can u tell me the reason why my chums are delayed or do I need to take pregnancy test again. What is the actual cause? Thanks for ur help.

Reason for delayed period is multiple maybe a stress factor sudden increase of weight or decrease of weight or even sleepless nights
