Periods and rashes

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hii, i haven't had periods since the last 2 months. And since the past 2-3 weeks, i am having irritation,bumps and itching of the area around my vagina. There's also a patch like area. Is it rashes because i am not able to identify. i am experiencing it for the first time. Please tell me the possible solution. It isn't critical now but i want to take immediate precaution. Bought fourderm cream also.
