Periods and pregnancy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I was taking novelon for 3 months without fail. In 4th month I didn't get my periods and done hpt it came out negative. I have pain in my left abdominal for past 2 weeks often. Will I be pregnant? My husband and I are trying for baby. . Any suggestions please.
