Share your ultrasound report, showing fibroids. Will advice treatment accordingly. Both thyroid and fibroids cause irregularities in periods. So both need to be treated. Also share your age, Medical and family history for better diagnosis and treatment.

Hello, I went through your query,, yes fibroids in uterus can cause irregular periods, and also may be heavy bleeding or less bleeding and also may be associated pain with it. If you are completed family permanent option would be hysterectomy (removal of uterus), please consult a gynecologist for further workup.
