I took unwanted 72 pill after having unprotected sex on the 4th of September. My periods are set to fall on 8th. Should I expect my periods to be delayed? When should I take a pregnancy test?

Period can be delayed due to side effects of pill. Pregnancy test can be done after 3 weeks.
