Periods after delivery
Hi I got my first period on 3rd Oct after delivery. But this month I did not get my periods yet. Pregnancy test shows negative Plz confirm if this is normal to have delayed periods after delivery? Before pregnancy I used to have regular periods. Thanks!

Periods may take time to regularise after delivery. It varies from woman to woman. Take precautions to avoid pregnancy, you have many options like pills, IUCD, condom. Since pregnancy test is negative, you need not worry at present. Wait for another 2 weeks

Hi its very much normal to have variation of cycles after  delivery. Some dont get cycles for a year. Others  get it the very next month and few will have irregular cycles. Nothing to worry. But just make sure that your not pregnant. Any further doubts personally consult a gynecologist. Thanks.
