Period problem
My periods where always irregular once in 2-3 Months. I tried medications . Went through scans. Every thing was ok. But still I never had a regular period A year ago i started with yoga , walking healthy diet and automatically my periods became regular all by itself without any medications. In August 2015 I had a blood test thyroid was negative Sept 2015 I had a scan which showed Some cysts on the ovaries. polycystic ovaries after that scan for about 9 months my periods where regular but they started becoming scanty. Lasting only 3 days instead of 5 with less blood flow.since 2 months I haven't got my periods at all. (i have stopped yoga since 3 mnths) gyno said pcos is the prob needs healthy life style. I am 5 kgs ovrwt I read on the net that these are menopausal symptoms. they write at 24 also one can get menopause, do i have menopause? or its pcos only? i have acne. vaginal dryness. mom got menpause at 50. dont smoke/drink. not sexually active. do i have menopause?

PCOS is a metabolic  problem which can be reversed with a holistic approach.  It definitely  leads to  premature  ageing and bigger diseases in later life in left unaddressed.
