Period problem
Hi, I already got my period in the 1st week of October and now again there are some blood stains in my panty. I got my periods twice in the month of September I thought it was because of the heat and I was not eating well. Please advice.

I would advise you to visit the gynecologist so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, ultrasound, etc. to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it treated accordingly. These following steps may help: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly(30-45 mins per day and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI) - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
Next Steps
Follow the steps as advised
Health Tips
If condition persists or worsens visit the gynecologist at the earliest
