Doctor from an 2 years i am experiencing an inregular and even sometimes no periods it's last to 40- 45 days I did my ultrasound but everything is ok please help me

What is your weight.?,If more than try to reduce it .Do exercise and work out.In this age group hormones imbalance is very common due to immaturity of pituitary gland..Get done TSH level.
