Recently took the morning after pill but it was actually 2 days after intercourse. My period then came 20 days early and is very light is this signs of early pregnancy ?

No this is the side effects of pill u took, however to clear doubts on pregnancy u need to a urine pregnancy test ,if Ur periods gets delayed by more than a week to ten days .
