  4. Period or implantatio. A miscarriage?

Period or implantatio
Had intercourse on 30th nov. Period due from 18th-21st dec but dint happn (last period: nov 14-17th)Exactly 10 days post intercourse i bleeded for 2.5 days and felt nthng like period bld. B-hCG negative but nauseous, dizzy, back pain, cramping, head ache ever since a week after intercourse. Was that period/implantation or sumthn like a miscarriage?
