I am obese and my period dont start by their own i have to take meprate to get my periods what is the diagnosis and treatment.please help

Hi. Most likely PCO , hypothyroid . Please do a pelvic scan to see uterus and ovaries  to confirm the diagnosis . Also do thyroid function test and other hormones test . Tt depends on the diagnosis .
