Period missed - pregnancy or problem
Hi doctor, we got married recently.. my wife is in 28 days period cycle.. she got period last month 20th February and she always get period regularly... for March month she didn't get period until 24 the mar. On 25th mar, she had light drop of bleeding with stomach pain and 26th she had more bleeding compared to day before with stomach pain as well... Yesterday and today (27 and 28th), there is no pain and no single drop of bleeding yet... This can be considered as period or early sign of pregnancy so that we call it as implantation bleeding... We took urine test on 26th March for pregnancy and it came negative... Kindly clarify doctors...

If pregnancy test negative then it's mostly normal menses only.because of some changes like marriage, stress or slight weight gain may change flow pattern .So not to worry
Next Steps
if u want pregnancy then start tab folic acid 5mg once a day and if not use contraception
