Period Issues
My periods are irregular from past 6 months or so it is delayed by 1 or 2 days from the actual date and the cramps which followed are painful as well. Also I have noticed that my discharge has reduced comparatively it worries me a little also i would like to specify this that i have gained 3kgs within past few months..is it due to lack of exercise since my busy college schedule hardly leaves me anytime for exercise..

Hi Period dates fluctuations +/- for upto a week are considered absolutely normal. There can be many reasons for this including stress and lack of exercise. I would recommend at least 10 mins of brisk walking. The discharge unless has changed in odour or consistency is normal. You need not worry.
