  4. Period issue. Didn't get my periods why?

Previous month my periods got skipped and in a next month I got a spotting then I consulted the doctor they gave tablet for deviry tablets for 5 days(PCOS) they mentioned but still I didn't get my periods why? I am not active in a sex (is it possible that if a guy touching that I may get a pregnant)
