Period delayed by 7 days.
My periods are delayed by 7 days, which are usually on time. I get periods only for 3 days but last month it was for 7 days. Till 2 days back i was having bad cramps and mood swings. I was not sexually active for last month till last week and then i took a contraceptive. So i am guessing delay in periods is not pregnancy. I have gained weight since last couple of months so i am on diet and going regular gym. Now from last 2 days i dont have any symptoms of pms as well.

Best for you is do a pregnancy kit test. If negative, then you need to calm down and stop thinking about this problem. Have plenty of water. Take less stress. Be mentally happy. Only then the problem will be solved

Delay is mostly due to ipill or unwanted whichever you have taken. Also if weight gain and irregular menses are there, get evaluated for pcos

You should do a urine pregnancy test. If it is negative wait for another week.
