  4. Period cycle delayed by a week. Checked?

Period cycle delayed by a week
This is the first month that my cycle is delayed by a week now. Expected date was 10th Feb.. it has always been a regular, 5 day cycle for me ever since. As I am sexually active, I did consider the point of pregnancy and did a test on Thursday, which was negative. I am stressing out alot. Is it something to worry? Should I get myself checked?
