Period 3/4 days late! Pregnant?

My period is late!! About 3 or 4 days now! I am between my egg retrieval and my frozen embryo transfer that is supposed to happen in February! Last month i took the average doses of Gonal f, menopur, cetrotide and then triggered with lupron. Had retrieval on November 10 period 17th! I had my regular period a week after retrieval though. It was a month ago!! Doesn’t make sense for me to be so late now. Could I have gotten pregnant naturally? Or is this just because of the meds from a month ago?
