Perinum Abscess infection by Fissure
Hi Doctors,
Have a history of MSSA , my previous doctor told that bacteria might present around anal area, when ever the anal fissure is forming (mild one due to constipation), the bacteria is attacking that fissure and forming perianal Abscess, previously leaded to perineum and periurethral abscess .
Pls suggest currently I'm suffering from perianal abcess half a inch, used cifran oz as another doctor suggested who drained it two years ago, or should I use Vancomycin again as my doctor suggested three years ago.
Pls suggest a permanent solution, and I'm confused which specialist should I consult with.

Consult a General surgeon sir. If you have an abscess you will need draining again
