Perineum Pain
I have acute pain, burning sensation and swelling in perineum area.. Pain is postional while sitting only.. Initially I assumed its some kind of nerve damage due to excessive bike riding I have stopped riding bike but symptoms still continue.. I can feel nerve stretched out while walking.. Any specialist

Hi It may be due to a wide range of conditions including condyloma, molluscum contagiosum, hemorrhoids (thrombosed, tags or prolapsed), polyps, sentinel tags related to fissure, or cancer. Full assessment, including a detailed history, inspection, palpation,  is needed to define the exact nature of these lesions. Consult general surgeon..
