Not every perianal abscess leads to a fistula. Since both abscesses resolved with antibiotics, required no drainage, and you have been symptom-free for 10 months, the chances of an active fistula are low. The healed pinpoint opening also supports good recovery. However, examination is advised if symptoms recur. You may consult me for proper assessment and reassurance.
