Pennis, hydrocele and frequent urination

There is a my friend which is 22 years old. He shares to me a Big problem:- He is doing masterbation when he was 14 years old,  now he is 22 year and not doing masterbation since two months. According to him His pennis has become short and right testis of hydrocele became big in size and heavy in weight which creates uncomfortable, fear and depression also he is thinking about commit sucide. He has problems of frequent urination i.e about 15-20 times in 24 hour. Hydrocele and frequent urination problem is abou 3-4 years old and now hydrocele has became big in size and heavy in weight. NOW, he is fear and not have a dare to tell to his parents. Please tell his .how to overcome fear and share the problem with their parents. And also suggest me this problem is curable??? What type of doctors i.e sexologist, urologist, general surgeon need?? Which method is suitable homoeopathic, allopathic or aurvadic?? Please please give correct and urgently guidance because he is thinking about sucide
