I am 48 years recently when i want to participate in sex my pennis is not getting errection tighltly pls. advice what is the problem and where i have to consult a doctor whic doctor can i see pls help me

Avoid spicy..chilli.nd fried food Take CP SHILAJIT tb....Manmath ras .... nd tb....sidh makardhwaj bati... one each morning & evening for 3 months...wd hot milk..
