Appears to be a case of Vitiligo. It is a Autoimmune disorder. Thereâs no way to completely treat vitiligo, but some things can help to bring back some of your original skin tone. Remember, penis vitiligo doesnât have any effect on your health, so it doesnât require treatment besides cosmetic reasons. Keep in mind that vitiligo on your penis may be harder to treat than vitiligo in other areas, due to the sensitivity of your genital skin.
