I am having redness and itching on penis under skin and glans.it recurring many time. what is disease and what is possible treatment. taking itraconazole and climatrazole cream but no effect.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
