Penis top pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi, I have pain in my penis top..it actually doesn't pain when I urinate nor I have itching nor I have burning pain while urinating...It actually pain on it's own... Yesterday I went to a physician he checked my penis and said I have phimosis...Does penis pain on it's own in phimosis and that also only on top of penis??
