Penis tip stinging randomly
So i'm 13 and have never had sex or masterbated and about once every couple of months the tip of my penis badly stings for about a minute. It is an unbareable pain. Could this be some sort of infection? I have never thought to clean my penis in the shower as my mom doest talk about these things with me. I really need an answer to this ASAP.
