Penis swells
While doing sex my penis hit accidentally over vagina . Then my penis become black and swells.may i know what happened.and what i have to do.

Hi
Swelling and blackening of penis during intercourse can be due to penile fracture . Please consult a Urologist immediately. If it is diagnosed as penile fracture, it needs immediate surgery and repair of rent in covering over penis (below the skin). Untreated fractures can lead to impotence.
