Penis skin infection. Kindly help me!

I have had a problem with my penis since the last 15 years after circumcision because when i was a teenager i used to pull back my foreskin but while pulling back i got injured then my penis infection or push happened over my penis  ...then i did circumcision...but i Saw to so many urologist or skin  specialist but I have problems like burning, hyper sensitivity, swelling, skin irritation, discoloration of the skin or veins or pain in the muscles of the penis... and then the problem is on my glans or where my foreskin is removed Given...or my glan become swelling or inside galn it hurts more but ...i met so many doctors over practo but problem still same ...i am really so depressed...kindly help me
