Dera asker you have not clear describe your issue, just penis size and skin issue it what, can your penis skin scrach when open this or any itching redness bleeding some times, many doubt for this case , one is balentitis , second is according penis cock forehead skinn is shrinking , you can use castor oil , wash dailly alum carbonated water all so you can apply JATYADI oil
