When my penis remains flaccid, it shrinks to only 1.5 inches and is only 3.9 inches in erect position. Thickness is just 3.5 inches. Doesn't get erect soon, now it remains loose, left side is bent and my sperm count was also reduced. What can I do ?? Please help
