Actually my penis shape is of type 1 as in the photo ..what is the problem with my penis top.or there was no problem..i m very confused ..tell asap

Hello, are you taking about the prepuce or the foreskin??? If it the foreskin problem,, are you unable to retract your foreskin?? If it is so this condition is called as phimosis, infection, trauma to foreskin are most common cause for it, it may heal and become normal but most of the times it needs circumcision, please consult a general surgeon.
