Hi sir..i have problem in my penis ..i can see some small tiny white dots in around my glans corona area .and have some small black spot inside edge of my penis pee hole .its around now 4 days

I would advise you to visit the skin & VD specialist so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations so that the underlying cause can be found and treated accordingly. Kindly avoid sexual contact till it's completely treated.
