Penis Problem
From past 4 to 5 months when ever I go to bathroom for urine discharge it's very jealousy and painful , if I go frequently by 30 mins gap it's very painful and from past 2 months it starts bleeding , not in ful urine but only starting . As I am a hemophiliac I tale factor 8 to stop bleeding but again in 2 weeks it starts again ... Please guide me for the best solution
