My penis pains and burns when head comes out of foreskin while sex. It pains and burns while erecting once the head is out of foreskin.

Needs desensitization of head which is not comfortable while coming out of foreskin. Probably anaesthetic gels and lubricants may be required to make it comfortable. Report.
