Hello doctor about 1 month on the head of the penis I is a red state and is a part of that hole. Earlier this burning, but burning now not only hurts when the pants of the touched. Hydrocortisone creams and ointments allergy pills and injections of vitamin A cream each 2 day I used but no specific impact Help me grateful because not many doctors in our town

Hi Thanks for your query. You could have developed some form of infection. It will be advisable to show a dermatologist personally. Avoid long term steroid application.
