Penis pain and numb
My penis is numb and sore i have burning feeling when urinating and when i masturbate my penis head and the base of my penis hurt i got my ultrasound and urine test done there was nothing wrong there.

If you've ruled out Urinary tract infection and got a USG done, I don't think there's much to worry about. Make sure you aren't masturbating dry, always use a lubricant when you masturbate. The dryness might be causing friction, resulting in the soreness and pain.
