Penis n foreskin red pimples,swelling
For past 2 years suffering from penis pimples, red rashes swelling of foreskin. I am 71 years male. Had been to Dermatologist taken Allegra tablets applied Tribane plus cream. Also tried Homeopathy sulphur 30 & BC20 tablets. Not much relief and it' reoccurring. Maintain good hygiene, no sex. Is circumcision only last resort- will it really help
