I have a average penis size but before a year it is bigger , do I increase my testosterone level then penis size also increase or not I have a hard erection but penis size is decreased by a inch How can i regain my penis lenght, I have masturbation addicted in past but now I forget it So plz guide me how to increase my past penis lenght by exercise or any method , it could be increased by increasing testosterone

There are no medication to increase the size of penis...and also the size won’t decrease or increase dont worry.....stop masturbating...focus on ur physical health....do regular physical activity and take healthy diet....avoid smoking and alcohol
