Dear sir . I m facing problem when I exercise my penis shrink inwards I m facing these problem from 15 days when I had taken medicine for constipation .is this a normal problem or chronic .

shrinking in size of penis while exercising or exerting yourself is a normal physiological response....its not due to constipation Medications...when you are exercising your body muscles require more blood so extra blood will be redirected from other places including penis causes shrinkage..
